Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sitting Room (2 steps down) 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater leather sofas and armchair, Sky digital tv/dvd, oil fired log effect stove, sky light (to watch the tree tops through)
Cloakroom with washbasin and toilet.
Fuel oil central heating inclusive May – September £20 per week outside these dates.
