Medieval Stable Conversion
A delightful cottage with many interesting period features converted (2002) from a medieval stable. In a very tranquil setting with breathtaking views over the rolling countryside of the Rhiew Valley. Enjoy nature at its best in this beautiful part of Mid Wales, a naturalists and conservationists dream with an abundance of wildlife. The caring owners who also own Copper Lodge Ref(795) (200 yds away), are nature enthusiasts and farm the surrounding land - guests are welcome to walk through their fields, woodlands and along the river valley.

Mid Wales Clay Pigeon Shoot, golf, horse riding, trout and coarse fishing are all available locally and some of the many attractions within a short drive include Dolforwyn Castle, Powis Castle and Gardens, Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway which weaves its way through the Banwy Valley and leisurely boat trips along the Montgomery Canal. Montgomery, one of the most attractive towns in Wales with cobbled streets and beautifully preserved Georgian buildings, sits below its ruined 13th century castle - spectacular views of the Severn Valley nearby.

Bathroom on 1st floor with full suite.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, full suite on ground floor.
Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin on ground floor.
Kitchen/Diner country style, fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher.
