Pembrokeshire Farmhouse
This comfortable and well equipped Pembrokeshire farmhouse is ideally situated between St Davids and Fishguard for easy access to perhaps the most attractive part of the North Pembrokeshire coast. Set back off the St Davids to Fishguard road, in the hamlet of Square and Compass, there are rural views from most of the windows. Guests are invited to walk through the owners sheep paddocks and with double glazing and a fenced and gated garden this is an ideal home for family holidays.
North Pembrokeshire and Coastal Path
The coastline nearby is punctuated with tiny beaches and little harbours - Trefin, Abercastle and Porthgain - and there is wonderful coastal walking with some of the finest coastal scenery in Europe. St Davids is within a short drive with its magnificent Cathedral, small shops, restaurants and cafes - boat trips (fast or slow) around the islands can be arranged here. Fishguard is a bustling little market town with a fortnightly farmers market - the Irish ferry sails daily from the harbour at Goodwick. Inland there are the Preseli Hills - gentle hill walking with fabulous panoramic coastal views. Lots to see and do within an easy drive of this Pembrokeshire farmhouse.

ACCOMMODATION:
4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 8, inc folding bed, plus cot. 1 twin on ground floor, 1 double, 1 small double (4') and 1 single on the first floor. Bedlinen provided.
Bathroom with full suite on first floor.
Shower Room on ground floor with shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen/Diner fully fitted with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Dining suite, highchair.
Utility Room with automatic washing machine, stainless steel sink unit and oil central heating boiler.
Lounge with patio doors, very comfortable seating, tv, coal fire.
Grounds good sized and enclosed - part lawned and part gravelled with patio and garden furniture.
Ample parking.
Fuel oil central heating throughout, all inclusive May to September. Outside these dates £20 per week.
Welcome FREE: 2 Dogs max. Must be kept under control as the owners adjacent working farm includes several hundred sheep, lambs and cattle. Guests are welcome to walk the fields - conditional upon dogs kept on lead.
