4 Bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, sleeping an absolute maximum of 8 adults and 2 small children under 10 years of age. Master bedroom, 1 twin on ground floor, 1 double, 1 twin on first floor. Each double bedroom also has a full sized single bed. Stairgate.

Kitchen electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble drier. Walk-in drying room.
