Pembrokeshire holiday home
  • A substantial, traditional 17th century Grade II Listed former farmhouse which has been lovingly renovated and restored.
  • A comfortable home for holidays at any time of the year with a skilful blend of contemporary and original features - large stone inglenook, stripped floorboards and new slate floors throughout the ground floor.
  • The kitchen, with a high vaulted ceiling, is modern, stylish and fully equipped. Doors lead from here to the enclosed, sheltered private garden with a raised lawn and patio.

  • Things to do and see in Pembrokeshire
  • The pretty cove of Abercastle is a short walk away with a slipway and is great for diving, fishing and kayaking in the sheltered harbour - in 1876 the first man to sail solo across the Atlantic landed here.
  • One of the most beautiful stretches of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path runs through Abercastle and half a mile away to the west, just off the path, is Carreg Samson, an excellent example of a Bronze Age burial chamber.
  • Trefin is a coastal village with a pub - The Ship Inn - and the Oriel y Felin Tea Room (Good Food Guide’ s British Café of the Year 2007) and Art Gallery.
  • A dozen sandy coves and harbours are within a 20 minute drive and
  • away from the coast is the small hilltop village of Mathry - a good pub (The Farmers Arms) Stephanie’ s Tea Rooms, Jim Harries’ woodturners workshop, and Victorian post office/general store (a must to visit!)Activities and places to visit for all the family are all close to this Pembrokeshire holiday home.
