Along these routes you can see ancient ports, some of the finest castles in Europe and sparkling lakes - Bala and Vyrnwy. You will cross river bridges under which waters from the Welsh hills foam down to the sea estuaries. Wooded river valleys abound in the Lleyn approaches. The Lleyn has a 60 mile coastline, yet is never more than 10 miles across. . So that it’s beaches and its highlands are easily accessible.
